Bid Us collects only what's needed to run the features you actually use:

• Your name, email, and message when you submit the contact form.
• Your email address when you subscribe to the newsletter.
• Basic technical data (IP address, timestamp) attached to form submissions, for spam prevention.

We do not require an account to browse market data, news, or charts — most of the site works with no personal data collected at all.

How We Use It

Contact form submissions are used only to respond to your inquiry. Newsletter emails are used only to send the newsletter you signed up for — you can unsubscribe at any time by contacting us. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.

Data Retention

News content on this site is automatically pruned after 30 days — we don't keep an indefinite archive. Contact messages and newsletter subscriptions are kept as long as needed to serve their purpose; you can request deletion of your data at any time (see Contact below).

Third-Party Services

Market data and charts on this site are served by third-party providers — CoinGecko, Finnhub, Alpha Vantage, and TradingView. Some of these (particularly TradingView's embedded widgets) load their own scripts and may set their own cookies or collect anonymous usage data under their own privacy policies, independent of this site.

Cookies

We use a session cookie only to keep basic site functionality working (like form security tokens). We don't use tracking or advertising cookies of our own.
